In diesem kubanischen Solo-Tanzkurs speziell f\u00fcr Mamas (oder Papas und andere) lernst und die Grundlagen von Salsa, Mambo, Son, Rumba und Reggaeton. Jede Stunde beginnt mit einem Warmup (Body Movement + Isolations\u00fcbungen) und endet mit einem Cooldown (Stretching). Die Zeit dazwischen ist vollgepackt mit energetischer Musik und flie\u00dfenden Bewegungen in einer kurzen Choreo, die sich jede Woche \u00e4ndert.<\/p>\n

Children are always welcome - in the cradle, on the mat in front of you, or dancing with us. The course is generally open to everyone, also pregnant women or people without children may join in. If it annoys you that there might be children running around, this course is probably not for you.<\/p>\n
