In this semester course with Lucy you learn the basics of feminine styling in Cuban dance, focusing on isolation exercises for arms\/torso\/shoulders\/hips as well as coordinated combination of individual body parts. Step sequences, arm movements, turns and basic steps of rumba\/mambo\/son round off the curriculum.<\/p>\n

Prerequisites<\/strong>: basics in Casino\/Cuban salsa.<\/p>\n
