MAMA CUBANA Plus

In diesem kubanischen Solo-Tanzkurs speziell für Mamas (oder Papas und andere) lernst und vertiefst du die Grundlagen von Salsa, Mambo, Son, Rumba und Reggaeton. Jede Stunde beginnt mit einem Warmup (Body Movement + Isolationsübungen) und endet mit einem Cooldown (Stretching). Die Zeit dazwischen ist vollgepackt mit energetischer Musik und fließenden Bewegungen in einer kurzen Choreo.

Children are always welcome - in the cradle, on the mat in front of you, or dancing with us. The course is generally open to everyone, also pregnant women or people without children may join in. If it annoys you that there might be children running around, this course is probably not for you.

Prerequisites: du tanzt schon mind. ein halbes Jahr Salsa

We dance solo.

Payment:
Transfer for the course/workshop/event after receipt of the invoice within the payment period given. Participation without prior transfer is not possible. No cash payment on site.
