MAMA CUBANA Basics

In this Cuban solo dance course especially for moms (or dads, and others) you learn the basics of salsa with influences from mambo, son, rumba and reggaeton. Each class starts with a warmup (body movement + isolation exercises) and finishes with a cooldown (stretching). The time in between is filled with energizing music and flowing movements in a short and easy choreography that changes every week.

Children are always welcome - in the cradle, on the mat in front of you, or dancing with us. The course is generally open to everyone, also pregnant women or people without children may join in. If it annoys you that there might be children running around, this course is probably not for you.

Prerequisites: none. This course is for beginners.

We dance solo.

Payment:
Transfer for the course/workshop/event after receipt of the invoice within the payment period given. Participation without prior transfer is not possible. No cash payment on site.
