Cuban LADY STYLE Fundamentals / Basics

In this semester course with Lucy you learn the basics of feminine styling in Cuban dance, focusing on isolation exercises for arms/torso/shoulders/hips as well as coordinated combination of individual body parts. Step sequences, arm movements, turns and basic steps of rumba/mambo/son round off the curriculum.

Prerequisites: basics in Casino/Cuban salsa.

We dance solo.

Payment:
