Cuban LADY STYLE Basics – Montag

In this semester course with Joanna and Viki you learn the basics of feminine styling in Cuban dance, focusing on isolation exercises for arms/torso/shoulders/hips as well as coordinated combination of individual body parts. Step sequences, arm movements, turns and basic steps of rumba round off the curriculum.

Prerequisites: basic skills in Cuban salsa/Casino

We dance solo.
