CASINO BASICS 2 – Thursday
In this semester course (15 weeks, 90 minutes per session) you expand on your Casino and Rueda de Casino skills based on "Cuban Salsa Basics". Each session starts with an extended warmup to learn and practice isolations and various steps individually, followed by partnerwork sequences and Rueda de Casino figures. We dance solo in the warmup, and then in couples and in the group (rueda).
Prerequisite:
You have successfully completed the course “Cuban Salsa Basics” with cubaila viena in the summer semester 2026.

Mode of registration:
First come, first served. If a course/workshop/event is fully booked, there will be a waitlist. Ideally please register in dance couples. Solo registrations are also always possible, but may (usually temporarily) land on the waitlist, if the leader-follower ratio is already too uneven after previous registrations. Registrations are promoted from the waitlist once additional participants have also registered in the other category. At the start of the course, the numbers of leaders and followers should be more or less even on the participant list.
Upon registration you are going to receive two messages at the email address entered during registration: an automated confirmation message as well as - separately after verification and approval - a message with your invoice and the necessary details for the transfer. Possible prerequisites or proof of discount eligibility will be checked at the start of the event.
Payment:
Transfer for the course/workshop/event after receipt of the invoice within the payment period given. Participation without prior transfer is not possible. No cash payment on site.
