CUBAN BODY MOVEMENT Fundamentals / Open Level – Tuesday

In this semester course with Osmel you prepare your body for Cuban movement patterns. The program includes isolations, coordination, balance and stretching in order to be able, later on, to learn typical Cuban body movement with elements of contemporary, salsa, son, afro, rumba, etc.

Prerequisites:
Basics in Cuban dances are of advantage, but not a must. Open Level / Foundations

15 Sessions:
Tuesday, 18:05-19:05, 29.9.2026-19.1.2027 (except 22. & 29.12. Christmas break)

We dance solo.
